Melvich Community Hub

Melvich Community SCIO are in the early stages developing the design for our new fit for purpose multi-functional multi-generational inclusive sustainable community hub. Our new community hub building will be designed and certified to the PassivHaus standard.

We have consulted our local community on what they would like to have included in the new hub and this information has been shared with our appointed architect team.

We are using the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages as our road map through the appropriate design and construction phases. 

We are currently in RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and briefing). Key outputs from this stage are shown below for information.
